Refund & Return Policy
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a limited return policy:
- Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery
- Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
- Custom orders and personalized items are not eligible for return

Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the following circumstances:
- Product received damaged or defective
- Incorrect item received
- Order cancellation before shipment
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
- You may be asked to return the damaged item (shipping costs covered by us)
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. Once an order has entered processing, cancellation may not be possible. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
