Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer the following shipping options:

- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days - $12.99
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day - $24.99
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take longer.
Shipping Destinations

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress on the carrier's website.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with delivery:
- Contact us immediately if your package is damaged or incorrect
- Report lost packages within 30 days of the expected delivery date
- Ensure someone is available to receive the package, or provide delivery instructions
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Special Handling
Our products are perishable and require special handling. We use insulated packaging and cold packs to maintain freshness during transit. However, we recommend that someone be available to receive the package promptly upon delivery.
